2023-24 Pomona Program Selection Form for QuestBridge Applicants


To complete your application for admission to Pomona College, please complete the form below.  A QuestBridge application submitted without this form is incomplete and will not be reviewed.  Upon submission of this form, your application fee will be waived. 

If you have not already done so, be sure to have an official high school transcript sent to Pomona College by the appropriate deadline.  We will be in touch with you about any missing items. If you wish to submit supplemental materials in the performing arts, you can do so through your applicant portal after submitting this form.

If you withdrew from the QuestBridge Match process and received a decision letter in your Pomona applicant portal letting you know your file had been closed, you must also email the Office of Admissions to have your application reactivated in addition to submitting this form. If you were denied admission in Early Decision I or Early Decision II, you cannot use this form to move your application to a subsequent round; the admissions process has ended for you for the year.

If you are a QuestBridge Match Finalist, you do not need to submit this form for the Match process.

If you become a Non-Match Finalist in December, you will submit this form if you would like to apply Early Decision II or Regular Decision to Pomona College.

Please note: If we do not receive a response from you by the appropriate deadline, we will consider your application to Pomona College closed.
