Group Tour Eligibility
      You may submit your request if your group is defined as one of the following:
    
- 
        Community-based organizations (CBOs)
      
 - 
        Title I-eligible schools or similar institutions
      
 - 
        High school-run college access programs
      
 - 
        Members of the Southern California College Access Network (SoCal CAN)
      
 - 
        Transfer Programs at California Community Colleges
      
 
Group Tour Guidelines
    You may submit your request if you agree to adhere to the following guidelines: 
    
- 
        Students must be in 9th grade or above
      
 - 
        Groups must include fewer than 45 people total (including chaperones)
      
 - 
        There must be at least one chaperone per 10 students
      
 - 
        Requests must be submitted at least three weeks in advance
      
 
After You Submit a Request
      The Group Tour Coordinator (form submitter) will receive an email update in the weeks following submission. If approved, the Coordinator will receive a:
    
- 
        Confirmation email with visit and parking details
      
 - 
        Follow-up email with student registration instructions
      
 
      Note: Tour approval is not guaranteed as it depends on eligibility, guidelines, and tour guide availability. 
    
Don't Meet the Eligibility Criteria?
      Groups that do not meet the eligibility criteria may still request a group tour at least three weeks before the preferred visit date. We cannot guarantee availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your group tour request.
