Group Tour Request 

To request a group tour at Pomona College, select one of the available dates from the calendar to the right. Please note the following eligibility requirements and guidelines for Group Tours before registering. 

Group Tour Request Eligibility:
  • Community-based organizations (CBOs)
  • Title I-eligible schools or similar
  • High school-run college access programs
  • SoCal College Access Network (SoCal CAN) members
Group Tour Request Guidelines:
  • Students are 9th grade or above
  • The group is fewer than 45 people total (including chaperones)
  • There is at least one chaperone present for every 10 students.
  • The tour is requested a minimum of one week in advance


What follows after I submit a request for a group tour? 

The Group Tour Coordinator (who filled out the form) will be notified via email if the group is approved for a visit in the weeks following submission. Once approved, the Group Tour Coordinator will receive (1) a confirmation email along with parking instructions and (2) a second email for individual student registration. Approval for Group Tour Requests is not guaranteed as it will be dependent upon eligibility, guidelines, and tour guide availability.


Don't meet the above eligibility requirements?

Other groups may request a group tour by emailing grouptours@pomona.edu at least 4 weeks before their desired visit date. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your group, but our team will make an effort to the best of our ability.
